As long as there is at least one paid/active user using ERP Buddy at the company you referred, it will continue to count as your referral. If the referral re-signs within 90 days of canceling, they will be reactivated as your referral.
A referral companion partner is any company or individual that refers ERP Buddy to another company to purchase. When the new referral becomes a paid customer, the ERP Buddy partner receives a recurring commission for the duration that the new customer maintains at least 1 paid user. New referral partners need to have our referral agreement signed to receive any commission. Each new company counts as a distinct referral, not each new user.

We treat referrals as a first come, first serve. Whoever submits either a referral form with all the required fields or introduced our team via an email will get the recurring commission. We will let you know if someone already submitted a referral.
You need to either submit the referral form on our website or introduce a member of the ERP Buddy team directly to the client through an email.
As soon as you have reached a new partner status threshold, all of your previous referrals that are still active ERP Buddy customers (have at least 1 paid user) will now be commissionable at the new recurring commission rate. In addition, any new referrals unlock the new commission rate of the partner status level.
Nothing! Once you become a Gold Partner with ERP Buddy, it can’t drop back down. Even if the number of active referrals drops below the threshold again. All referrals, past and future, get a 20% recurring commission.
If you reach Silver Partner level and the active customers drops below 6 again, you unfortunately will drop back down to Standard Partner status. However, if you reach Gold Partner levels, you will remain at this status for life even when active referral customers drops below the initial threshold.
Nope! If it takes you 5 years to slowly get to 16 referrals of active ERP Buddy customers, then you still qualify for a Gold Partner standing.
All licensing fees that the referral pays is qualified for your partner status recurring commission level.
Yes, we provide UTM codes for tracking customers from partner websites. You must request a UTM tracking code with our team. The best way to get a referral is through a referral form or introducing our team directly to the prospect via an email.
